Liberals should celebrate Government Dependence Day not Independence Day
Liberals should not be allowed to celebrate Independence Day because they feel that the Government should take care of everything for them. July 4th for Liberals should be called Government Dependence Day. True Americans are allowed to celebrate Independence Day.

Do you understand that you support Communism and do you know what it means?
- No, because I don’t. Liberalism includes a belief in free markets.
Do you understand that you are destroying the very foundation of this country?
- No, because the party in power that is shredding the Constitution is more popular amongst Libertarians than it is amongst liberals.
Do you understand that our social welfare programs are bankrupting the country?
- No, because it is military spending that is bankrupting the country.
Do you understand that you are willing to make the hard working citizens of The United States pay more taxes?
- But I’m also willing to make them spend less on essentials such as health care and education, so that their overall burden is reduced. More disposable income to save or spend as they see fit is a good thing for the hard working citizen.
Do you understand that you are lazy and want the government to take care of everything for you?
- No, my nice six figure salary for a multi-national corporation means that I can take care of myself and happily pay a lot of taxes that go to benefit other people. Other examples of people that would increase taxes include Warren Buffet, the most successful capitalist alive today and also not dependent on the government.
Do you understand that you are trying to destroy capitalism in this country?
- No. Destroying capitalism goes against liberal principles. And I refer you back to my Warren Buffet comment above.
Do you understand that you are trying to destroy individualism?
- No. Here’s Wikipedia’s definition of Liberalism: “Liberalism refers to a broad array of related ideas and theories of government that consider individual liberty to be the most important political goal”.
Do you know what the word “Freedom” means?
- Yes. And we’ve already established that you don’t know what Liberal means, so perhaps you should try reading a dictionary before asking that kind of question?
Do you know that you are a person that is jealous and envies the wealthy and you believe that they owe you something?
- No, because not only do I earn a lot of money, but unlike Libertarians I am happy to pay taxes. If I was jealous of the wealthy, I’d become Libertarian and try to hoarde my money. Instead I’m smart - I know how much a healthy national infrastructure would benefit my ability to make money.
Do you know what Barrack Obama is exactly going to “Change”?
- It’s hard to tell. So many people are determined to vote for the party that is fucking up America that he will have to focus on just a few things. But the biggest thing will likely be changing the process of political organisation and fundraising. Anyone who believes in the individual knows this is a good thing. People voting against Obama will be supporting the destruction of the Constitution and individual freedoms, succumbing to fear, and handing over their money to the government for military spending. Libertarians should be voting for Obama as their least worst candidate with a chance of winning.
