Obama disagrees with Supreme Court decision on child rapists
To rape or murder an innocent and defenseless child is as low as you can possibly go. I may not agree with most of Mr. Obama’s policies, but I have got to agree him with on this one. The Supreme Court has completely missed the boat on this decision. I feel that if you have been convicted of these two crimes, you have waived your rights as a human being and should be put to death.
CHICAGO - Democrat Barack Obama said Wednesday he disagrees with the Supreme Court’s decision outlawing executions of people who rape children, a crime he said states have the right to consider for capital punishment.

I don’t condone child rape by any means… but I agree with the court’s decision.
The death penalty should only be used (if at all) in cases where the original crime resulted in the death of an innocent person. Plus, rape cases are very rarely cut-and-dry.. the chances of an innocent person being sent to prison/death are too great to justify putting the death penalty on the table for prisoners guilty of child rape.
Justice can be a bitch sometimes, but it’s worth preserving even when it tastes bitter..

Me too, Kevin. This case centered around the specific rape of an 8 year old. EIGHT! I have no sympathy, pity, or value for a person who could do that.
If we don’t put them to death, then we should at least castrate them.
