Environmentalists are really anti-American
Environmentalists really don’t care about saving the Earth, it’s all a political agenda. After the fall of communism, socialists and communists needed something else to try to weaken America. They also wanted to stop growth in industrialized nations. They couldn’t bear to watch other countries succeed. So they came up with this whole “Global Warming” idea and put the blame on industries in these nations. What a bunch of anti-capitalistic pigs.
Patrick Moore was the founder of Greenpeace. He called himself a “radical environmentalist.” Several years after founding Greenpeace Patrick Moore walked away. Moore said that the fall of communism brought a lot of anti-corporate extremism to the environmental movement. Here’s his explanation:
” ….. suddenly, the international peace movement had a lot less to do. Pro-Soviet groups in the West were discredited. Many of their members moved into the environmental movement, bringing with them their eco-Marxism and pro-Sandinista sentiments.
A lot of those in the peace movement were anti-American and, to an extent, pro-Soviet. By virtue of their anti-Americanism, they tended to sometimes favor the communist approach. A lot of those people, a lot of those social activists, moved into the environmental movement once the peace movement was no longer relevant.”
Moore went on to say that these environmental activists ” are now using the rhetoric of environmentalism to promote other collectivist agendas, such as class struggle…”
Moore has also said “See, I don’t even like to call it the environmental movement any more, because really it is a political activist movement, and they have become hugely influential at a global level.”
People need to quit watching that damn liberal television, it’s warping your minds.

While I agree that there is a lot of non-environmental issues and agendas in the environmental movement, I must also state that true environmentalism is one of our biggest global concerns.
It’s more than a few years off, but when I start having kids I want them to grow up in a world where there are huge forests and clean oceans for them to see and experience. I think preserving nature and finding ways to not pollute our air are very important issues that should be looked at from scientific and social perspectives. Is it fair to anyone for a few people to get rich off mining a mountain or cutting down a rain forest or running a huge coal plant? Is it fair that these capitalism inspired nature devouring practices affect us all but only benefit some of us?
Personally, I’m opposed to corporate person-hood and feel it’s given capitalist corporations way, way, way too much power and I’m in favor of nice, clean environment but I don’t think that makes me an American hating communist! The two views are related but that doesn’t mean I can’t separate them out and look at each on its own.
That’s the true problem with the American hating environmentalists you mention, they believe it’s their way or no way and won’t allow for another opinion.
I went on a mini-rant there but my point is we should all care about living in a nice, clean, human-friendly environment!
